When I think of you, I don't feel so alone <3

101
A week goes by so quickly these days!

I figure I better update this NOW, while it's still on my mind.
I have literally worked none stop since I last posted! I feel like I do nothing but work now! It really sucks.
No parties, no summer fun, just work.. come home... work on a tiny portion of something each night.. and then sleep and do it all over again. Quite frankly, it blows.
But August is just around the corner now! And with August comes things to look forward to <3

I discovered a few days ago that I'm now apart of Disney Remixed Studios! I know... another mep group? I would have declined, but I've never really been involved with the Disney community before, so I feel a bit honored. I hope to make a ton of new friends, as well as some awesome projects with them! I've decided to brave up and get my hair cut! Omg. I'm totally fearful. It's guna be like, MAJOR short. I've had long hair for years! But it's about time for a change... Now that my 2nd year of college is steadily approaching, I feel like it's time for some major changes in my life. There's always room for improvement :) I just hope it won't make me look younger or something...eek, don't need that. I already know I'll be carded until I'm 50 XD My featured video of the week, loves:

Idk, just epic. The fact that SM can be THAT awesome. I had forgotten that the S season was that kick ass.
Speaking of SM, I've started watching all the episodes from 1 in Japanese, the way it was meant to be seen. It's been forever since I've seen the show. Retro. 90's stock footage.

Also speaking of SM and Animeboost, check out the trailer for SMX that I've uploaded to my YT channel!
Also...follow these links if you'd like. Help support this project! :]

Finally I have 2 days off!! And I'm finished with my Bloody Lust beta, as well as my Viva la Pop mep part! w00t. I'll probably try and finish CTAS this week. I really want to get the first episode out of the way. I'm also currently in an editing frenzy, and have a lot of cool ideas I want to try out. Bare with me!

I totally DIDN'T forget that it was Monday 2 days ago ..... XD

This passed week has been a very unproductive one. In terms of being....productive. I've been fighting this horrid cold and missing work and outings in the summer hotness. Finally, this weekend I felt better and went back to work, only to be pummelled by massive hours and rude co-workers. Rawr or lol? I can't decide.

On the bright side, I finally got some CTAS editing done! I'm nearly done with scene 9. Shadowfoxx85, my partner in this project, also edited a scene, much to my relief. I don't think I can do ALL this by myself! But I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of the abridged series editing. I'm starting to see the enjoyment in it :)

I've decided to start something a bit different in each of my blog posts, and feature a video that caught my eye or made me think. Something outstanding!

This week, I wanted to feature Zitronencake's EVER EVER AFTER video.
It's seriously adorable.

I also wanted to make a quick shout out to MentalProdigy from youtube. Hang in there, girl. I wish you the best!

Anyway... I guess that's it for my week. Nothing too exciting to report! I'm pretty much here for the rest of July now... working and going about my days. I'm so glad to not be sick anymore!! Let's hope for some excitement in my next post, yes?
Catch you next week, Navaho's <3

All that noise. All that sound.

103
The new Monday.

I feel like this past week has been so eventful! But really, it consisted mostly of the weekend going-ons. I got home last night from Coldplay!!! It was an amazing concert at the gorge...seriously an inspiring experience. It was like we were in heaven, right at the base of the canyon overlooking the sunset and the thousands of people! The Eastern air was hot and fresh. I was in love. I won't lie though, I was slightly disappointed with the performance though. I think they could have played WAY better songs than they did, and the show overall could have been longer. I felt like it was over in a flash! My friend and I made our own shirts for the concert, and on the back on my shirt I wrote my favorite line of lyrics from the song I wanted them to play most; Speed of Sound. I waited and waited. And sadly, they never played it! We were shocked! Instead of singing the more well-known and loved songs, they sang a lot of weird stuff....like Billy Jean. What was that? I don't think I've ever even heard that before!
Despite that though, I was stoked on the show. I mean...it was Coldplay. You can't go wrong. Viva La Vida was my favorite part of the entire thing. Everyone was singing! It must have echoed through the canyon for miles. It was epic.

We spent the weekend with my friend's cousin at their lake house at the Sun lakes. We went wake boarding and wavered in the boating world for a couple days. Way worth all the driving we had to do on Friday and Sunday. I can't believe my junker of a car made it all the way! But it ended up being a nice road trip across state, both ways. We bumped our jams and sailed through the open desert freeways. My air conditioning quit working once we got into the 100 degree weather, so we were sitting in hot Seattle traffic at one point, with hardly any clothes on and embracing icy bottled water as our only source of cold. It was a perfect summer scene.

Earlier in the week, I worked and finally got some editing done!! So stoked about that. Somehow I manged to get Sae's Birthday video done, as well as my NNT R3 entry! Thank goodness for that extension Key and Tree let me have. Now I'm eagerly awaiting the results. I hope to continue on to R4, but if I don't it's all good. As you're all well aware of, I have too much on my plate as it is. One less thing will benefit me.
When I got back home late Sunday night, the weather was completely opposite from the weather on the east side. Total down pour of rain and humid coldness. Not something you want to come home to! Now I'm sort of fighting a summer cold and have done nothing today but sleep and watch He's just not that into you while drinking tea and eating Twizzlers.
hey, its a living.

It's back to work on Wednesday. I don't have anymore big plans for the rest of July now, so I'll just be working and chillin around here. Hopefully the weather improves! I thought about going to Summer Jam on the 25th at White River, but I'm sort of leaning towards not going now. Save up my money for something better, like Bumbershoot if it's happening this year. Cross your fingers!!

Here's to another week.

Monday already?

104

I feel like I've now stepped into a new stage of life. It's made up of mixed emotions and strange occurrences, but definitely some sort of new level.

Last Monday, I ended up going to see STAR TREK! Pretty much, it was amazing! Definitely one of the best sci-fi block busters of the year. Heck, maybe even the decade! I'm now convinced that I could have been a Stark Trek geek. Is it just me or is Spock super hot in the film? :P

That evening I was accompanied by my boy and his friend. Afterwards we spent zealous time together and watched the stars. It was a very good evening, despite not feeling up to par earlier that day.
Tuesday was uneventful. I went to the river for a short while with a friend, then came home and wallowed. Wednesday I attended the goodbye party for that person of mine. Sad, but good times.
Thursday was spent in a low state. I had to work. That night I went over to say my final goodbyes to him. Tried not to cry. Hoping that we would stay close, despite the upcoming unavoidable distance between us. That night my friend stayed with me and we slept out on her trampoline.
As you can imagine, Friday was no stroll in the park. But to be sincere, I was oddly at ease with the situation. Perhaps I had finally found the peace of mind I had always searched for.

Nonetheless, I look forward to his letters and will continue to miss him. Here's to the 2 years ahead of us <3

Saturday was the most uneventful 4th of July I had ever had. I had to work, then I came home and laid in our front lawn and watched the nearby fireworks light up the sky. Sunday I had to work a 12 hour shift and about killed over once I got home. I also discovered that the deadline for NNT R3 happened to be that night, rather than on the 15th. I was wrongly informed and felt it unfair, so I tried to get an extention with Tree and Key. Hopefully they'll allow it. If not, I won't feel bad dropping out. I have so much to do these days anyway that it's hard to keep up.

5 DAYS TIL COLDPLAY!

Anyway, 104 weeks. Can I do this? Live long and Prosper, my friends
